billfox works without accounts and without tracking.
What we store: your language preference (a cookie), and nothing else about you.
What we compute: comparisons run on official federal premium data and curated tariff tables, directly from your inputs. Your inputs are not saved, with one exception: the optional yearly check below.
Uploaded documents: photos are processed in memory to read tariff facts and immediately discarded. They are never written to disk. Anonymous tariff facts (provider, plan, price, never names or policy numbers) may be kept to improve our price data.
We never sell data. We take no money from insurers.
Reminder emails: if you ask to be reminded about new premiums, we store only your email for that, send at most one email a year, and delete it whenever you ask.

Yearly check (optional): if you ask us to re-check your prices every year, we store, with your consent, exactly the answers you gave (postcode, birth years, franchise, doctor frequency, current insurer and plans) plus your email, keyed to a private link. We use them once a year to compute your new cheapest offers and email you the result. Every email contains the private link, where one click deletes everything, immediately and permanently.
Device memory: to save you retyping, your wizard answers can be remembered in your own browser, never on our servers. "Start fresh" on the form, or clearing your browser data, removes them.
